Thank you to all that cast their vote for me in the Democratic primary for DeKalb County Clerk and Recorder. I appreciated the vote of confidence and the many kind words of support during and following the campaign.
Some heroes wear capes. Some do not. Some drive trucks with snow plows.
As we celebrate National Volunteer Week, April 6-12, we would like to take the opportunity to thank the volunteers of KishHealth System Hospice. At KishHealth System Hospice, we have volunteers who work directly with our patients and families by giving generously of their time, compassion, and care. They provide support by reaching out to the terminally ill and their loved ones during a time of serious need.  We also have volunteers who provide support to the program by giving unselfishly of their time by baking, doing office work, delivering items, and helping with mailings, sewing and assisting with fundraising. All of our volunteers share their time and talents so generously. Without them, the work of KishHealth System Hospice could not
