Men’s Breakfast

Each month includes a speaker who presents on topics of interest to the community. Past topics have included taxes, senior citizen programs, political perspectives and conservation issues. Spaghetti Dinner

Winter Treasures Garage Sale

8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 27, at 101 S. Ottawa St. (old Baptist Church property). The Fern Dell Historic Association will hold its winter fundraiser. Breakfast and lunch will be available. Proceeds support the association’s four historic sites.

Breakfast fundraiser

7 to 11 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, at the Plano American Legion, 510 E. Dearborn St. Quad County Hawg Hunters Chapter 17 of Muskies Inc. will host the all-you-can-eat meal. Menu includes eggs, sausage, pancakes, french toast, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, milk, orange juice and coffee. Cost is $8 for adults and $6 for seniors and ages 6 to 12. Children age 5 and younger eat for free.

Bowl for Veterans
