United Methodist Church of Plano partners with Kendall County Community Food Pantry

The United Methodist Church of Plano is assisting the Kendall County Food Pantry by offering their facility for people to drop off nonperishable items (including food, cleaning supplies, toiletry items, school supplies).

The need for these items in Kendall County is overwhelming. Items may be dropped off between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday at the church (219 N. Hale St. in Plano). Go to the door on the Hale Street side where the mailbox is and ring the doorbell.

Items will be taken over to the Kendall County Community Food Pantry weekly, or more often if needed. The United Methodist Church of Plano is collecting paper goods and canned goods through Oct. 31.

For further questions, call the church office at 630-552-3700 or visit kccfoodpantry.org.
