KAG sponsors plein air painting program

The Kendall Arts Guild cosponsored a plein air painting event with The Conservation Foundation at Red Oak Nature Center in Batavia. Fifteen artists participated, enjoying the experience with Joel Sheesley, the "artist in residence" for The Conservation Foundation's Art of the Fox project. KAG members who participated were (from left) Peggy Sutton, Carla Taylor, Sharyl Iwanski, Rachel Phaff and Joan McEachern. The next regular meeting of KAG will be at 7 p.m. Sept. 26. Location will be announced soon. The meeting will include a workshop on working with alcohol inks. For more information, call Joan at 630-567-6407.
