Leland Lions donate

Equine Dreams expresses sincere thanks to the Leland Lions Club for its recent donation of $5,000, which will go toward putting up a kickboard in the new indoor arena. Equine Dreams is pleased to be aligned with this great organization, whose mission is “We Serve.”

Lions Club International is the world’s largest service organization with more than 1.3 million members in about 45,000 clubs in more than 206 countries and geographical areas around the world. Lions Clubs are a group of men and women who identify needs within their community and work together to fulfill those needs. The Leland Lions Club was chartered in 1956 and has 40 members.

Equine Dreams is a not-for-profit organization which provides therapeutic horseback riding for children and adults with special needs. Services are provided at no charge by volunteers. For more information, visit www.equinedreams.org.
