Library says thanks
The Sandwich Library Board of Trustees would like to thank district residents for their support in the Nov. 6 referendum for a new building. The library is eligible to receive $1.6 million from the Illinois Public Library Construction Act Grant.
The trustees also thank all the volunteers that contributed time and talent.
The Sandwich Citizens’ Committee for a New Library wishes to thank the following local businesses for their donations. The winners of the gift baskets are Mary Meyer and Judy Weiss.
