Police Blotter - Aug. 28, 2012

PLANO

Multiple charges – At about 9:01 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, Jay A. Kick, 20, of Yorkville, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, two counts of improper lane usage and expired registration.

Warrant arrests – At 8:33 p.m. Friday, Aug. 17, Rachel N. Bradford, 26, of Yorkville, was arrested on three warrants; one from Kane County for driving under the influence, Kane County for disorderly conduct and DeKalb County for driving while license suspended.

Battery – On Saturday, Aug. 18, Chad Gullickson, 27, of Plano, was charged with battery.

Suspended license – At 3:19 p.m. Monday, Aug. 20, Blanca Ortega, 28, of Sandwich, was charged with driving while license suspended.

Warrant arrest – At 5:03 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, Thomas M. Davis, 46, of Plano, turned himself in on a Kendall County warrant for driving without a valid license.

Warrant arrest – At 10:29 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, Gilberto Gonzalez Alverio, 42, of Sandwich, was arrested on an unspecified in-state warrant.

SANDWICH

Domestic battery – At about 8:24 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, Joseph R. Taylor, 19, of Sandwich, was charged with domestic battery.

Cannabis possession – At about 10:23 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, Glenn L. Fries, 27, of Sandwich, was charged with operating a vehicle with expired registration and unlawful possession of cannabis, less than 2.5 grams.

DUI – At about 11:07 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, Manuel Gamino, 43, of Earlville, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a breath alcohol content over .08 and driving on the shoulder.

Warrant arrest – At 12:15 a.m. Monday, Aug. 20, Dorian T. Ainsworth, 21, of Sandwich, was arrested on a Kendall County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor.

DEKALB COUNTY

Warrant arrest – At 9:41 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, Curt A. Lindgren, 52, of Sandwich, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a firearm without a firearm owner's ID card.

KENDALL COUNTY

No valid driver's license – At 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, Daniel Garcia-Munoz, 36, of Plano, was charged with no valid driver's license, improper passing on the right and passing at an intersection.

Hit and run – At 5:46 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, Justin J. Rivera, 19, of Somonauk, was charged with failure to report damange to unattended vehicle or other property.

LASALLE COUNTY

DUI – At 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 22, Christine A. Calvert, 33, of Sheridan, was charged with improper parking and driving under the influence of alcohol.
