SANDWICH — The Tri-County FFA Alumni will conduct its annual meeting and member picnic at 6 p.m., Friday, June 8 at the Sandwich Fairgrounds. Guests will enter the fairgrounds through Gate 3.

The evening will begin with a family-style picnic (hamburgers, hotdogs, baked beans, potato salad and dessert) following the dinner there will be a short business meeting. The meeting will include a membership report, the treasurer’s report, a summary of the year’s activities, a local FFA chapter update, installation of new officers and any new or unfinished business.  Following the meeting, door prizes will be awarded.

This meeting is open to parents, current alumni group members and their families, people interested in becoming members and current FFA members. Anyone interested is encouraged to attend, and the organization is always seeking new members. For planning purposes, RSVPs are requested by calling 815-739-5823.
